Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Construction industry experience a plus but not required
Equipment Operator
full-time · Salem, Oregon
Operate excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment on civil construction job sites. Must have experience with utility and earthwork projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years heavy equipment experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
- Ability to read plans and grades
Project Manager

Manage civil construction projects from bid to completion. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 5+ years construction management experience
- Heavy civil experience required
- Proficient in project scheduling software
- Strong communication skills
Laborer
