DOC Enhancements

Facility enhancement project for the Oregon Department of Corrections. Civil West Construction delivered site improvements, grading, and earthwork upgrades to enhance the operational capacity and grounds of the corrections facility. All work was performed in compliance with state security and construction requirements.
