Salem Downtown Streetscapes

Major downtown streetscape improvement project for the City of Salem. Civil West Construction delivered sidewalk reconstruction, ADA-compliant ramp installations, curb and gutter work, and road resurfacing throughout Salem's downtown core. The project required careful coordination with city traffic management and adjacent businesses to minimize disruption while transforming the urban landscape.
